Step 2: Choose Your Preliminary ADU Plan

What’s Included in the Preliminary ADU Plan Package:
- Blank Site Plan Sheet: Add lot dimensions, setbacks, access, utilities, and notes
- Floor Plan: Redline layout changes, room sizes, doors, and windows
- Exterior Elevations: Review design, materials, and proportions
- Building Sections: Verify heights, structural relationships, and garage-to-living transitions
Step 3: Submit Revisions

Step 4: Finalize Your ADU Plans
Total cost per ADU plan package: $1,250
