Hi, I’m Luis F. Miramontes, a CAD drafting specialist with over 20 years of experience in residential architecture. I provide remote, high-quality floor plan drafting services designed for permitting and construction.

🛠 My Journey in Drafting

My passion for residential design began in my teens. To fund my education, I worked in the house framing industry while attending community colleges across the Phoenix Metro area and later, Arizona State University. I launched my drafting career in the early 2000s and have since contributed to hundreds of residential projects, including:

  • Home additions and remodels

  • ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units)

  • Garage conversions

  • Townhome designs

I’ve served clients across Oregon, California, and Washington, and have also worked with homeowners and builders in Arizona, Utah, Maryland, Virginia, and Hawaii.

💻 Technical Skills & Software

I’m fluent in a range of CAD platforms, including:

  • AutoCAD

  • Chief Architect

  • Revit

  • SolidWorks

I produce precise 2D and 3D drawings, ensuring all my plan sets are code-compliant and ready for permit submission.
