Online CAD drafting services are what I specialize in, and they are ideal for a wide range of residential projects. Whether you’re planning single-story or two-story home additions, new home designs, dormers, shops, ADUs, addressing unpermitted projects or code violations, tackling light commercial endeavors, or developing townhomes, I have the expertise to assist.

I have 20 years of experience, with the majority of that time spent working in the Greater Portland area. For the past 5 years, I have been providing architectural online CAD drafting services. Throughout my career, I have accumulated approximately 20 years of experience offering home drafting services in the Greater Portland Oregon-PDX Area, including Vancouver, Washington County, Clark County, and the states of Washington and California. TO INITIATE YOUR CAD SERVICES ONLINE

  • Email hand-drawn sketches, building records, pictures of the existing home, as-built plans, or any other necessary information about your project.
  • Once I have that information, I can provide you with an estimate for pricing and turnaround time. You will receive the estimate within one day.
  • If you approve the drafting estimate, I will collect a down payment (33% of the estimated total price) via PayPal or Zelle. A few days after that, you will receive an email with a preliminary floor plan for your review and revision. Once you mark all the revisions, you can send them back to me. We will work on the floor plan back and forth a few times until you are satisfied with the result.
  • Once we agree on the floor plan results, I will proceed to draft the rest of the sheets (Site Plan, Exterior Elevation, Sections, etc.).
  • Effective communication via email is necessary to complete the whole set of building plans.

CAD SERVICES ONLINE HOURLY DRAFTING FEE

$45 per hour. All online drafting services include plan changes after delivery, as it is the nature of the service. Engineers and plan examiners often request changes immediately after you receive the plans. All the project plans I draw come with a warranty for plan changes, redeemable within a 90-day time frame. Any additional plan changes will be subject to the hourly drafting fee of $45 per hour. The total price depends on the amount of time required for your project. The majority of projects I handle typically fall within the price range of $900 to $3,500

PAYMENT

Both the down payment and final payments are collected via PayPal or Zelle and are typically equal to 33% of the total price.

About Us

My architectural journey has evolved further in recent years as I’ve had the privilege of practicing in the vibrant and dynamic city of Portland, Oregon. This new chapter of my career has allowed me to integrate the unique character and design ethos of the Pacific Northwest into my work.

Drawing from my Mexican heritage, Arizona-Sonora upbringing, and academic foundation, I majored in architecture at Arizona State University and pursued additional coursework at community colleges in the Phoenix Arizona metropolitan area. My education, coupled with my recent practice in Portland, has equipped me with valuable knowledge in expediting building permits for residential projects.

I also pursued my architectural major while simultaneously working in the construction field to pay for my schooling. This hands-on experience provided me with a deep understanding of the practical aspects of building, enhancing my ability to translate architectural concepts into real-world structures.
