With over two decades of hands-on experience in residential construction and architectural drafting, I bring practical, field-tested knowledge into every set of plans I produce. My background includes framing homes, commercial form setting, and CAD-based residential drafting, giving me a clear understanding of how drawings translate from design to jobsite.

After studying residential architecture at Arizona State University and completing additional coursework in the Phoenix Metro Area, I developed a strong foundation in residential design and building code application. Today, I focus on providing residential drafting services throughout Portland and Oregon, producing permit-ready plan sets that meet local jurisdictional requirements while remaining clear, buildable, and efficient.
