Hartman Single-Story Home Addition
Project Overview:
780 sq. ft. single-story addition to rear of house in North East Portland, including 2 bedrooms, family room, bathroom, laundry enlargement, and basement stair relocation. Septic decommissioning required before foundation.
Scope of Work:
Permit-ready residential drafting included site plan, floor plans, foundation, framing, sections, and details. Plans were approved by City of Portland.

Arechiga Duplex
Project Overview:
780 sq. ft. addition to rear of duplex in Longview, Washington, including 2 bedrooms, family room, bathroom, laundry enlargement, and basement stair relocation.

Drafting included site plans, foundation, framing, floor plans, sections, and details. Permit approval coordinated with Longview Permits & Inspections.
