Project Description: Residential drafting services for a new custom home, including Site Plan, Floor Plan, Foundation Plan, Framing Plan, Sections, and construction details. Project completed in collaboration with Umpqua Custom Homes.

Scope of Work: Permit-ready residential drafting coordinated with West Coast Structural Engineering.

Lopez Residence Improvement – Phase II

Project Description: Rehired in 2022 for a residential renovation project in SE Portland, including a 440 SF attached shop, new front porch, fireplace removal, and main roof replacement. Permitting coordinated via DevHub with West Coast Structural Engineering and licensed arborists from PDX Tree Services.

Scope of Work: Residential drafting services for permit submission.

26th Ave Townhomes – SE Alberta, Portland

Project Description: Multi-family residential development, five townhouse units on a single lot, four stories, with NFPA-13D fire sprinkler requirements. Section drawings highlight coordination with owners, contractors, and plan examiners. Project pending approval due to address and boundary adjustments.
