Project Description:

Single-family home remodel including basement wall furring and insulation, main floor kitchen reconfiguration with wall removal, primary bedroom and bathroom creation, addition of a new bathroom, second-level bedroom addition, hallway/bonus room conversion, and new skylight installation. Final layout features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. ET, PT, and MT permits handled separately.

Project Description:

The project meets ORSC 2023 code requirements for structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, maintaining compatibility with the primary residence and neighborhood character.
