Dolan Residence Basement Renovation – Portland, OR
Project Description:
Repair and renovation due to fire and water damage. Reconfigured the existing basement space to include a wetbar area, remodeled bathroom, and converted a bedroom into a studio. The project restored the home to its original floor plan with no changes to footprint or livable square footage. ET, MT, and PT permits handled separately.

Pantry-to-Half Bath Conversion & Bathroom Expansion – Portland, OR
Project Description:
Converted the pantry on the first level into a new half bath (2 toilets total), enlarged the existing family bath on the second level, and added an 8-ft perimeter fence per Portland Zoning Code 33.130.270 on NE Halsey St. Project included full site and interior remodel documentation for permitting.

Edelman Residence – Two-Story New Home, Klickitat County, WA
Project Description:
New two-story single-family residence totaling approximately 4,196 sq. ft. Designed under the IRC prescriptive lateral bracing method for compliance with seismic and wind loads without engineered calculations. Fully coordinated architectural and structural drawings prepared for residential permitting, with structural oversight by the owner, Mr. Edelman, of Klickitat County Planning Department.
